1. Payment at Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. No session is confirmed until payment has been received in full. Payment must be made 24 hours or more before the session, otherwise the session will be considered cancelled.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1 Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Session
If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less any payment processing fees charged by the payment processor. These fees are not set by us and will be communicated to you at the time of refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days. For information on how to cancel your session, see Section 5 below.
2.2 Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session
If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued. The full session fee is forfeited. This policy exists because late cancellations result in lost time that cannot reasonably be filled on short notice.
2.3 No-Shows
Failure to appear for your scheduled session without prior notice constitutes a no-show and will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours. No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling by Client
You may reschedule your session free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited in accordance with Section 2.2 above.
There is no limit on the number of times you may reschedule, provided each request meets the 24-hour notice requirement.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time, at our sole discretion. This can occur on the basis of instances that include, but are not limited to, fraud, inaccuracies, illegality, or unavailability of the services purchased. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. You will be offered a full refund of the amount paid, less any payment processing fees. We may also offer a free reschedule to a mutually agreed alternative time, but this is at our sole discretion and not a guarantee.
We are not liable for any additional costs or losses you may incur as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling on our part.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your session, you must contact us directly at beth@goddessbethmetal.com. Cancellations or reschedule requests will only be considered received at the time we confirm acknowledgment. Requests sent outside of business hours will be treated as received at the start of the next business day, which may affect whether the 24-hour threshold is met.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
By booking a session, you agree to contact us directly in the event of any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We take disputes seriously and will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate concerns. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered in accordance with this policy will be contested with the payment processor using all documentation available to us, and may result in you being refused future bookings.
