You might think that it doesn’t matter which toy is used in impact.
Au contraire, mon frere.
To subs who enjoy impact, it matters very much. Some like it “stingy” some like it “thuddy”.
I, myself, feel a strong connection to some toys. Maybe they feel good in my hand, maybe they sound excellent when I’m striking someone with one. Maybe I just like the marks they leave behind.
Let’s look at these three toys. They have many similarities, but let’s discuss the differences…
The first toy is a regular, standard cane. Nothing says “discipline” like a cane. And I would say she’s mostly “sting” with some “thud” thrown in for fun. I feel invested with authority when I pick it up, and the look of apprehension and desire from my sub when they see me wave it around makes it that much better.
Let’s compare that to Toy #2, which is a very special toy indeed. Special enough to have earned the name, “Final Girl”. Final Girl earned that name through hard work. She stings like a bee and makes one hell of a first impression. Actually, she just continues to make impressions. You might look like a psychotic child rode a Huffy bike all over your back. If you can take it. Many subs decide that Final Girl is a little too intense for them.
And then there’s Toy #3, which has also earned a name: Bunny. After the very special sub who has been the first and only one to let me use “Bunny” on her. Bunny is EXTREMELY thuddy. No sting at all. I would compare Bunny to having a brick thrown at you. I will also say that the actual Bunny whom this toy was named after enjoyed the experience very much.
